At North Mod Co., every watch is custom-built and carefully hand assembled for each order. Because of this personalized production process, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has started. Each piece is made specifically for the customer, which means it cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
